NIN/JA: Brand New Nine Inch Nails/Jane’s Addiction

NIN, Janes Addiction, and Street Sweeper have cooked up a free EP of brand new songs available on the NINJA tour website (here). Just in case you weren’t aware Street Sweeper is the new project of Tom Morello and Boots Riley, so things might get a little funky and political. The new songs by NIN + JA sound great on first listen and actually make me want to get tickets. And Street Sweeper’s two songs on the EP might take the cake from the old-timers, I mean arena melters.

Wow, Street Sweepers looks like they might be able to goat the plant farmers into fu*** submission. Can’t wait for the album. The NIN/JA tickets go on sale this Saturday…Did you check our Chris Cornell’s new album SCREAM yet? Any comments?

Chris Cornell’s electro-pop/dance record? Well, you know Trent Reznor called it f**ing humiliating or something like that. I like some songs, esp. ‘Part of Me’ and ‘Take Me Alive’. Some of it is pretty humiliating though; grunge fans are crying.
